When me and my family arrived we had to wait about 10 mins and then I got seated upstairs and ordered 3 margaritas and 1 salad as well as 2 homemade lemonade it arrived quickly and warm. I found the music very irritating though
Either way I found this an extraordinary visit .
My daughter says it was the best pizza crust she has ever had.

The pizzas are the best. My sister says, "Best crust in my life." The music is a bit odd. The sevice is good they get your pizza almost immediately after you order exapet they took a bit to seat us but it was busy. The garlic dip is WAY yo garlicky for me, but overall, it's very good.

Franco Manca – an amazing place for pizza lovers!
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the pizza is the best we have ever had. There were four of us, and everyone was absolutely delighted with the taste and quality of the food.
The only downside was that we ordered freshly squeezed orange juice, but what we received tasted more like water mixed with powder, something similar to lemonade. We asked the waiter to replace it, and luckily, he was very friendly and accommodating. He brought us new drinks, told us we could keep the juice, and even removed it from the bill – a very nice gesture.
We visited the city for just one day from London, and now we wish there was a Franco Manca here. We still dream about that pizza – it was simply unforgettable!

Friendly staff but the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Soggy undercooked base, sauce and toppings dumped on in a handful, not evenly spread, wasn’t cooked anywhere near enough - whereas the side bread was burnt and oily. Didn’t complain as we were in a hurry but certainly won’t be going back!

The food was impeccable, and the woman who served us was really lovely, however the women (I believe her name was Antonella) was pretty rude with her attitude, briskness, and even walked away from me mid sentence, making us feel pretty uncomfortable. I would advise that they have a word with her since we are probably not the first person to have felt this way.
